whining that they are fat? no disrespect
i mean 95% of america is obese so i cant take on that many people
but everywhere you go there is obese people and there like oh no im so fat i cant do anything about it im helpless or they dont know that they are fat and they are in denial
how do you not notice your fat? and why cant people actually do anything about it? trust me
its not that freaking hard to loose weight
i also dont understand why parents let their kids become obese? there comes a
time to let little johnny stop eating, hes 10 years old and weighs 200 pounds. if he cries who cares shove brocoli down his throat
my dream bod is only about a year away
my arms will be about 24
chest will be over 60
quads will be about 35 calves in the 20s
man. fuck that shit
yeah i am a bit arrogant
ive worked for my body and seeing people who are really fat eating cheese fries disgusts me
and everybody i see is fat usually. go to winsconsin dells and everybody there is fat or a buffet or a restraunt or the grocery store
that dumb bmi bullshit is wrong to thats prob what they base it off of
and the only thing thats going on is
people go to mcdonalds
burgerking, taco bell and go by some freaking little debbie brownies and eat them all day long
thats the american lifestyle
i bet your fat to

It sounds like you're a little bit vain there buddy.

Honestly I think most people just don't care, I'm a varsity XC runner so fat isn't really an issue for me, but I think the main issue is will power. People don't like pushing themselves so they end up with an unhealthy lifestyle.

Only about 34% of Americans are obese, and about 32.7% are overweight, according to information posted by the National Center for Health Statistics. It may be relatively simple to lose weight, but it's even simpler to google "percentage of americans who are obese" and get your facts straight before you start a tirade. No disrespect.

But, actually, on second thought, I like your number better. Because if 95% (or at least a majority) of Americans are obese, then that means that YOU are in a small minority of people who don't understand what's going on. And that makes your perspective the ignorant exception rather than the rule... doesn't it?

No disrespect.

too lazy, they don't wanna change their lifestyle too much, such as eating less, excersizing, and stuff like watching less tv, or playing less games. its the way they live and they don't wanna change it
