Why don't cars have puncture-proof tires like that of bikes? There are some

bike tires that are puncture-proof? You know, like instead of air inside, just full of rubber.
Would the "bumpiness" of an all-rubber car with no air in it be greatly reduced by having hydraulic suspension on your tires and having a G-Power M5 Hurricane RS engine in it (the fastest sedan engine in the world going at a max of 228,4 mph)?

The issue is that, a VIP bulletproof car would be useless if it's tires got shot. Because the car is heavy because of the bulletproof materials sandwiched between the doors, it wouldn't run properly even if just one tires gets popped. That's enough time for attackers to mob your VIP bulletproof car since it can't move. Though it's bulletproof, it will give sooner or later if it doesn't move.

Many new cars being made in 2009 actually do have semi-puncture proof tires like that of a BMW or Mercedes. If you get a flat tire or the tire ruptures you will be alerted on your car but you still have 200 km to drive on that tire.
A special metal layer goes on the inside of the tire which makes it hard for the air to escape even after being ruptured.

that would make a very bumpy ride in-deed you need cushion between you and the road the differance is your bike wieghts what 10-15 lbs max and a car weights what 2-21/2 tons thats why

If you're having a problem with it, there is a product called "Slime" that works very well.
There is also nothing dangerous in it for the next person who has to take the tire off the rim, unlike the "fix a flat" products out there.

It would have to be perfected structurally so that we wouldn't have highway drivers having to change their tires every 5,000 miles....

The air actually makes a rubber tire more structurally sound for the road, oddly enough. You'd think the bouncy rubber filled one would be best, but without some tweaks, it would run down much quicker than an air filled tire.

Bikes are light, cars are not.... Bikes don't usually travel at high speeds either.
