Why doesn't Sprint get top of the line smart phones?

The HTC LEO or HTC HD2 is coming to America.... Look it up, it is awsome... Never is Sprint mentioned in any possibilities of these new phones that are coming out. Sprints big hype was the Palm Pre which has a tiny keyboard... Junk....
 
True, Palm Pre's not that great. But they do have some other nice smart phones, like the HTC Touch Pro (which I have), the new HTC Touch Pro 2 (which I want), the HTC Hero, a bunch more HTCs, a variety of Blackberrys, the suckish Palms, and I am pretty sure that Samsung is coming out with some new smart phones that are suppose to be the smartest of the smart phones but I am not sure which ones Sprint will carry.
