wait and, then- disconnected!? Two dvds arrived, again, with scratches, grease and something else on them. Netflix couldn't be reached by email, nor by phone (unless I waited for 10 minutes +). I was impressed with the service, initially, but, because of the defective dvds and poor customer service, i am going elsewhere. Does anyone have any suggestions? Blockbuster, however, is worse. Netflix, what a disappointment. If it's too good to be true. . . Netflix, clean the dvds before you mail them!!!!!!
