Why doesn't my sister cover up while breastfeeding in public..pls answer this?

my sister had a baby & started milking...She is a 34HH & we went walking one day & she suddenly popped out both her T|TS and started breast feeding the baby (if she popped out one breast, its ok but both of them??). All the guys were staring & giving dirty looks...All I did was stare at the people, then stare at her T|TS helplessly..she did this every time I'm with her in public...when we are at home, she walks topless & exercises, does her make up, cook food & even get the freakin Mail topless !...ah ! As a brother what can I do?
Can you pls answer this too....Does a woman with 34HH produce milk more than a woman with smaller breast?
why does she act so Slutty ???????
 
MY OPINION: she shouldn't have her breasts out in front of you and if she going to do this in public they have nursing blankets for that. Breastfed babies have to eat too. I feel she needs to respect those around her as well as her self. Some of us produce differently, breast size does not matter.
 
Each woman does produce a different amount of milk but it has more to do with the body makeup than the actual size of the breasts. Either way, breastfeeding in public is rude, disgusting and inappropriate. The last thing I want to see sitting next to me in a restaurant. I would ask her to go out to the car or into a restroom.
