Why doesn't my Nokia C3 connect to the internet?

got the nokia c3- 2 days ago, I'm with Chat R, i can call, text, and everything. But when i try connecting to the internet it says "temporary network problem" .."Link is not available". I don't understand why this is, I've successfully connected to my WLAN and it shows on my phone that I am connected yet, it still says there's a network problem. Can you please tell me how to fix this problem. Your help is very much appreciated, and i really need to be able to use internet on my phone.
 
if its telling u theres a network problem, then maybe its that simple. I would call ur service provider and see, because networks do have problems, or sometimes it can be that they need to send u internet configuration info to ur phone, or something simple like that. Give them a call.
