T Tiffanie New member Feb 15, 2010 #1 My LG Shine Mobile Phone, when called goes straight to answer phone even when its turned on and I have it on me, it won't ring. It also isn't receiving texts, why is this happening? The signal has gone to 0 so I don't know why that has happened???
