Why doesnt my LG KS360 Webslider display name and numbers when people call me?

I have tried everything!!
All my contacts are saved on phone and sim, but when a friend tried to call me his number or name didnt show up. His number was on sending too.

Why is this happening?? I just bought this phone yesterday brand new.
