I turn on my car.
I drive until the running temperature reaches its peak.
I wait another 5 minutes just to be sure the engine is properly warmed
I turn on my heat.
It blows warm for 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds it blows air that is a little cooler than room temperature, not warm!
I can shut off the heat and wait 10 minutes then turn it back on and will get another 10 seconds of warm air.
