I was driving my car and then it stop running on me. I tryed to start it up but it started but then it cut off again. Then it won't start again. But now when you try to start the car the oil light stays on. But when you try to start it you hear it trying to turn over but it doesn't. What can be the problem?
The fan belt is tight
Hey dodge man I have another question to ask you

a typical dodge right? actually, it could be the battery, alternator, or a more advanced electrical fault. in these cars today, most of the complications are electrical.

check to see that its getting fuel,if the pump or the relay shuts down on it it will only start and run for a few seconds then shut off again,if that checks out good check the crank sensor on it that will also cause it to do the same thing, let it cool off and try and start it ,if it runs good until it gets warm again replace the crank sensor on it,good luck.
