Hi I have a 3 year old niece that has yet to begin talking, she... (bare with me here) She can't talk the only thing she says is "AHHHHH" and "De-to!" she bites her nails, rocks back and fort, she sits very close to the TV, It's very difficult to get her attention and she has tantrums when she wants something because she is unable to speak she has to show us what she wants. Btw she gets along with her siblings and others.
So what do you guys think is wrong with her. Please answer I'm very concerned Thank you!
