Why doesn't Mexico give free training in sports to black mexicans?

Mexico has around 200,000 to 1 million blacks and lets be honest they make great athletes if Mexico invested in them we could be a powerhouse in soccer we always lack strong tall players and also olympic gold you know it's true

It'd be racist to give free training to one ethnic group. Besides can Mexico really afford to give all black mexicans free training in all sports? Maybe just soccer, and even at that, it be low if were talking every single black mexican.

both races are very similar. in terms of appearance their different. but by looking at crime statistics they're not far apart. so i agree they shuld give free training to them
