Why doesn't Fox News ever report on successful liberal policies?

Any reasonable person realizes that sometimes policy works. But Fox is an endless parade of criticism on Obama and liberals. I would be more accepting of Fox's positions if they gave us a well-rounded news story. But sadly they only focus on the negative. It's as if they think nothing good will ever happen in America again until Obama is out of the White House.

(PS - if you say that nothing liberals have done is good then you're a partisan idiot. I don't agree with many conservative ideals, but I realize that conservatives have made many good contributions to the political process).
To those of you who claim there has never been a sucessful liberal policy...

Medicare, Medicade, The Clear Air Act, The Clean Water Act, The Meat Inspection Act, The Truth in Labeling Act, The Public Transportation Act, The Fair Labor Standards Act, The Health Insurance and Portability and Protection Act (HIPAA), The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)...

The list is endless! I shouldn't have to point this out to you. For crissake educate yourselves and be realistic.

Please name any liberal policies that:
1. Are Constitutional. (The General welfare clause and Commerce clause are not valid excuses to pass Unconstitutional laws.)
2. Have been successful in helping someone other than a corporation or interest group.
3. That have curtailed wasteful government spending and corruption.
4. That have not broadened the power and scope of government in our lives.

As you can see, both lib and con politicians are almost identical in every way, they want to expand government and give themselves more power over our lives and our money. Don't be a dummy = the propaganda machine loves it when we fight with each other, it helps them. Drop the wonder-lust you feel for your proclaimed party and take a look at what they said they would do, what is Constitutional, and what they actually did. You will see they are not on the side of the people of the United States, they have their own agendas.

kpk - California is failing miserably thanks to its recall system and its Republican governor.
Michigan is failing miserably like so many other states in that region since industry packed up and moved out.
New Jersey, though surely has one of the most corrupt local governments in the country, but is also the richest per capita in the country and is doing really well.
