of re-creating health care? 35 - 45 million people carry no health insurance.
Medicare takes care of the elderly, and, medicaid takes care of the poor, and, children.
Essentially, this leaves the "working poor", and, those denied health care because of pre-existing conditions, and, people that just "opt out" of a plan by choice.
So, why totally revamp health care, instead of, creating a solution to the problem?
