Why doesn't Cigna health care cover Adderall XR generic brand.?

I am a 45 year old woman with MS, and I take 30mg of adderall a day for fatigue, and for the past three months I've been getting the generic brand for about $8-9. This month, they stopped covering it, and I am now forced to pay $70. Can anyone explain this too me? Or tell me who I can call, or where I can go to complain, or too try and get something done about this?
