Why doesn't an option come up to use Stereo Mix for the line option in Ventrilo?

So in the application Ventrilo I am trying to use Realtek Audio and under the option "Line" an option called "Stereo Mix" isn't coming up. How can I fix it so it does?
 
I had this problem when I wanted to use Vent..
Are you using Vista? Because if so, you have to enable this Stereo Mix option..

Start > Control Panel > Sound

Then click the "Recording Panel" near the top.
If the Stereo Miz doesn't appear right click in the table and press "Show Disabled devices"

Then it should appear, then you can enable it :D
If not.. then sorry.. you'll have to search online somewhere
