why does this happen?

my dads ancesters came from ireland and my moms ancesters came from germany but for no strange reason very rarely i start talking in an irish accent and i always catch my self and i laugh but i have a no accent its just happen not so often but my q is why dont i ever end up talking in a geman accent for like a second or 2 like i do with the irish accent
my mom or dad doesnt have an accent and no one in my town has one
