Why does this happen??????

Ok,I'll try to explain this as good as I can.
So I have some pictures that I passed on from my camera to my pc. When I click on the pic which appears to be very small in the "my pictures" document, it zooms in and the pic becomes bigger. In the pic it appears like I was looking above,my eyepupils were looking up.
But then when I zoom it in again you don't see that I was looking above. It just comes out normal, like I was seeing almost straight in the camera.
So why does this happen? I zoom it in once and it seems like I was looking above, I zoom it in twice and it comes out right,like I was looking in the camera.

Hope this all makes sense,sry that I can't show the pics to make it clearer. Best answr will be chosen.
 
this is all caused by the pixels in your picture. when u zoom in once your eyes get "titled" and it changes the way your eye looks hence it looks like your looking up, but the original picture ur looking straight.. you can try to resize or take shots with a higher resolution camera
