Why does the subwoofers in my bro car keep makin a beat noise when the music

is turned all the way down? Ok I hooked up the 2 12' subwoofers in my bro car like I did the other 3 cars i had it in. So when he plays music its fine but when it is turned down it still plays this steady beat thats loud. How can I fix it or whats wrong? The amp is 1000 watts by the way.
