Why does the power steering hose on my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan keep blowing?

When I turn on the car and try to back out of my driveway, my power steering hose blows. This has happened twice in less than 24 hours. A mechanic just replaced the cooler, fluid and clamp on it in August because there was a small leak. What would cause this?
