Why does the Muslim culture encourage violence?

Not that all Muslims are violent. Most of them seem to be though. They want to bomb our buildings and attack our peaceful citizens just because they feel slighted? Big deal. I got shot at by the VC and one of my best drinking buddies is a ting-tong. Get over it. Give me legitimate reasons people.

Their religion has a lot to do with it. The Quran states that those who are not of their faith will burn in hell, etc.

The Bible also states this but it's a more sinister and violent.
Hence, the Holy Crusades.
