Wrong. Bush did use a teleprompter. Every President has used a teleprompter since they were invented. A teleprompter is just a speech-giving tool, like note cards. Feel free to look it up.
 
Because Obama works out, unlike Bush. Besides, he's a president, not a baseball pitcher. He doesn't spend his time practicing the art of throwing balls.
