I know the obvious reason why, because they want a good story, but don't you think it's kind of sick how they dramatize things and how it's always their focus for weeks after it happens. If something "big" happens, it's all you see when you turn on almost every news channel "BREAKING NEWS!"
Instead of focusing on something that everyone already knows, why don't they focus on spreading news and educating people on world issues and how they could help.
