the story and not the truth? It seems the govt. and news media is after their own wishes and wants and not the american poeple!
 
The mainstream media reports whatever will get the most viewers/readers which translates into advertising DOLLARS. Sadly, 'truth' has very little to do with it.
 
We haven't had an unbiased media in years.

Even all the Bush bashing of the "liberal left media" was far from the truth.

All major media outlets are owned by major companies. Diseny, GE, etc. The point of our media is not to inform, but to turn a profit.
 
I've read so many similiar responses and questions, so I decided to watch CNN for a change, expecting a liberal bias. Didn't happen. Yes, CNN was bias, but simply to energize the news not to favor one side or the other. Goes to show don't believe everything you read, see, or hear.
 
IMO, they simply fallow the mighty dollar and in most cases its far from the truth...... Here's a thought. What if all the worlds media had to follow the rules of this site,[community guidelines] ?
