Why does the heat on my 2002 Chevy Malibu only run on 'high'?

The heat only runs on high- no low or mid level. The heat comes out warm. The Ac works. Please help!

there is a low and high speed fan relay,seems your low speed relay is bad.under the hood is a black electronics control panel, usually on the driver side fenderwell,remove cover,look for it on diagram,it'll be a silver plug in about 1 1/4 by 3/8 inches.call local parts store,ask for low speed fan relay,only cost a few dollars,replace.
