When looking at other super cars it appears that everyone forgets to include the Ford GT...why is this...I know the quality may not be that of Ferrari but why is the Ford GT always left out?
I think you haven't dug deep enough. The Ford GT is actually loved all over the world. The creator of the Gran Turismo series actually has one. So does Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear. Now that its out of production it has instantly been labeled a classic. I personally don't like domestics but the Ford GT is one of the only ones that I actually like.
One major reason is that it is out of production!
When it was in production it plenty of press in the magazines that review top notch sports cars.
Right now the only "new" ones on the market are "clones" and while some are as good as the original, many are not.
So only those of us who truly love first class cars are even aware of them. To the rest of the world it is either old news or no news.
