Why does the Flexiplate keep breaking on my 2006 Ford Falcon?

The Flexiplate of my 2006 Ford Falcon lasts about 5 x months before breaking. It has just broken for the 3rd time. The last time it borke Ford Service replaced the Torque Convertor and the Flexiplate but still it has broken again. Any ideas what the cause might be, Ford themselves seem to be out of ideas?
