Why does the cam timing keep jumping on my 86 toyota supra?

car would not start. engine was free spinning, checked cam timing and it was off. installed a new timing belt car ran two weeks and is free spinning again. cam timing is off again. belt is tight, checked pullies all are tight and tensioner bearing is good. I cant find a reason for it to jump time.?????? 80,000 on odo reset timing and car runs fine
