Why does the arcade version of Tekken 6 look better than the console version?

The arcade version is running on a PS3 and in full 720p, whereas the home version is upscaled from a lower resolution and doesn't look nearly as clear. What happened with the ports?
 
i really never new there was a arcade version of tekken 6 but i have to admit i love tekken i have all of them except number 6 i am a master at it i can do a one hit ko it problably looks different in a arcade cause it may have hdmi outlet in it and your ps3 doesent i have a ps3 and its hdd got corrupted a few days ago i have to reformat it i have a username u should add me
