Why does Sprout have about 10 minutes of the show and 30 min of blah blah,

goodnight show, etc.? There's so much "stuff" in between the shows on Sprout it's kind of annoying!
Sprout is like Nick Jr. (all kid shows), but it is the 24 channel for PBS shows (Thomas, Caillou, Wiggles etc.)
