I have a Red (don't know if color matters) Samsung YP-K3 mp3 player and I bought it off of a friend. I went online to the Samsung website and downloaded Media Studio 5, but when I bring up the program and plug in the mp3 player, the mp3 button remains dead and my computer asks me if I want to install the hardware it found. Why is it doing this?
