Why does Obama whine so much?

Whining and displacing blame is what presidents do best. They all behave in a passive aggressive manner with regard to failure. When was the last time you heard an elected official accept personal responsibility for a government failure?

I think it may tie to him being raised without a father present. Liberals also seem to be whiners in general. I think they don't believe in individual responsibility, and expect others to take care of them, and thus blame others when things don't go their way. It is unseemly. I feel like saying to him "Dude, Man Up!!"
