Oftentimes when I hit the button marked "menu" on my Fios remote, I can't exit out of it without turning off my box and resetting the connection. It's happened multiple times and it's starting to frustrate me. Also, sometimes when I hit the menu button and try to search for a show, the search function completely freeze and is unresponsive. When I try to exit from the search function the screen goes blank and doesn't come back on. Help!
