I have very healthy teeth, and I brush every day. I use Crest Regular Toothpaste with Tartar Protection to brush. But every time I use it, my taste buds start bleeding. I never really enjoyed using mint, and I gag every time I use this paste, but it makes my teeth healthy. And when I use this paste, my tongue starts bleeding and it hurts a lot. Can somebody please explain why my tongue bleeds when I brush with this toothpaste and how I can stop it? This is the only effective paste I can use.
