Hello, I have alpine 4"x6"s. They're 180w's each which is powerful... And I have a alpine ipod media cd player, and my 2 alpine type-r 12"s overpower my 4x6's, what I mean by that is I can turn down the sub volume on my cd player, so I can hear the voice from the 4x6's, but I can still hear bass, but I don't like that cuz they don't hit hard of course, but the other day I had the sub volume all the way up, and it sounded good, but I killed my battery so my cd player got reset, and I don't know what settings I had... Also this cd player, don't have a eq, you have to adjust all that your self.... And the other day I had the bass all the way up, and now I have to pick either the bass or sub volume, cuz if they're both up, I don't hear the 4x6's... Thanks For Any Help!
