why does my sound system in my car sound make a pulse sound?

when its paused or in a part of a song with no bass it pulses and i can't figure out why, it does it sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, it sometimes doesn't pulse when i turn in my car a certain way, it confuses me, i have 2 12in MTX 5500 series subs and i'm pushin a 1000 watt explode amp,
 
it comes from thw sound form the speakers when two emitted friquencies are rellatively similar they create a beat thats most likely your pulsing sound
 
maybe thats your penis throbbing against your ear drum... you penishead
 
it might have something to do with the ignition system but i would need more information to tell you
