GM to pay for it? I have a 2005 Chevy Cobalt Coupe and the power steering keeps going off and on it is very unsafe! My warranty is up. But i have read HUNDREDS of complaints on this issue but GM does not care obviously about their customers safety. I have been quoted about $450 for the part its self thats not including labor. How can I get the dealership or GM to pay for this since this is an occurring issue with all Cobalts? Some one please help I do now have $700 to pay for this to get fixed but it is a very unsafe car right now with the power steering doing this. Also does anyone else have issues with their power locks unlocking them selves randomly while driving? And is their center console lights out?
