why does my pc wakes up by itself after putting it on sleep mode?

i have a "hanns g" monitor, whenever i put my computer to sleep it says "no signal input check video cables" and then it goes to sleep for 30 seconds and then the fan goes on really fast and then slows down after it wakes up, actually theres nothing wrong with my computer, i dont know why it says that but its really annoying cause i cant make my pc sleep.

computer need to sleep sometimes to cool it down a little bit ryt?
