why does my laptop flash twice when i log on?

it is the opperating system mine does the same. it may annoy you but it just a flaw in the design hopefully they changed that in the new windows 7

When i log on to the machine it flashes twice in a black color why does it do this it annoys me so much
 
It's just your Video Card drivers warming up. It's normal and every computer does it at the log-in screen.

So deal with it, in other words.
