To be more specific, it does run yahoo IM but it won't allow me to keep a conversation open and often I won't even receive messages from other people when they did in fact say something. Oddly enough, the same thing is happening with AIM. I've had the phone for almost a year now and haven't had any problems to date. Is there any way to reset the phone entirely? Perhaps that would offer a solution. Even if I lose my contacts, at this point I really don't mind, I just want to be able to use it like I enjoyed a while back. Thanks in advance for any insight into the problem.
