Why does my kitten wee on the bed and lounge....?

My kitten is 11 weeks old and DOES do wee's and poo's in his kitty litter but he also keeps weeing on the bed or lounge or a blanket he likes to lie on.....Will he out grow this and just go in his kitty litter?? Does anyone have any answers to my problem?? His driving me crazy!!! Thankyou.....
