why does my jeep wrangler wobble?

it's been an on going problem ever since i bought the jeep from the dealership. the f*ckers keep saying i need to replace my tires and that it's cuz of the tires that my steering keeps wobbling. that makes no sense because when i stilll had a fresh pair of tires it was doing this. they replaced the steering damper like 2 time now and still it's making the same problems. the tires still have tread and i don't want to replace it. can anybody please help with this? i drive an 08 jeep wrangler x 2 dr. thanks
