Why does my Jeep Shake out of control?

I have a 1998 jeep wrangler with a 6 inch lift and in the summers 35 inch tires. But i have these smaller ones on for the winter. Now i know cars will shim and move around with like a bent frame or something small, but i mean this is a really bad shakin where it doesn't stop doing it until im down to 5 mph. Going over bumps i feel a little shakin beneath my feet ( transfer case area ). What would be doing this? I seriosly can't keep driving it like this, it already broke my fog lights, exhaust. ???
 
Sounds to me like a driveline problem.
A bent shaft or a bad universal joint.
It could be a mount on the transmission or transfer case.
you didn't mention if you were off roading. That could have bent some components. OR, you might have hit something in the road too.
