Why does my iphone 3g jammes up when i install blacksnow from cydia?

I recently updated my iphone to 3.1.3... With 05.11.07 baseband.. So i downloaded blacksnow...when it finishes downloading...the reloAding data screen pops out... And suddenly the loading wheel stops moving.....and it get stucks like that forever...so i reset the phone by holding the home and power buttons together...and after that it gets stuck at the apple logo... I try restoring my iphone several times and repeating the process...and the same thing happens all the time
