why does my Honda Accord vibrate at idle?

My car vibrates fairly significantly at idle. However when i just touch the pedal it goes away(it barely raises the tachometer, almost not at all.) Is it just a matter of a low idle speed (according to the tach its at about 500 or so...).? I recently replaced the motor mounts as I was told that would fix it, but that didnt do anything.
And is the vibration harmful to the car? Is is even something to worry about?
