Why does my factory car stereo turn off and on by itself?

I recently checked the ground and its good the harness is plugged in properly and i also checked out the fuses. I asked an installer and he said it was the front passenger speakers positive and negative wire were touching. However its not possible, the factory speakers come with a plug that goes right in to the speaker, no bare wires. What else could it be?
 
Oh it's a short in the speaker wire all right. It trips the circuit breaker in the stereo and resets itself. It could be in the speaker itself. Try disconnect one speaker at a time and see if it still shuts off.
