why does my dog scratch me after i scratch her thats so weird lololololololol?

i scratch my dog an hour a day and after i get done scratching her she will scratch me, that is so weird.so i tried to scratch her a little bit more and she still does that.so i tried just 30 min. and still she will scratch me.
