Why does my dog not eat dog food??!!?

My dogs are chihuahuas and they have the same problem. Some dogs just eat dog food if you just leave it on the ground even if they don't like the food and they'll get use to it. You can still give her human food. It's perfectly fine. Just don't give her dairy products. I give my dogs rice with meat and vegetables and they are fine.
 
Well, i have a long haired chihuahua named Daisy and when she's in the house she never eats her dog food! She even goes to the length of throwing up because she's SO hungry. And my parents don't want to buy new dog food. What can i do to get her to eat??
 
try variety in the food; cottage cheese (just a spoon full)~ it helps to keep the coat healthy, and half of a hot dog adds flavor (cut up of course) and there are endless possibilities of what you can do human food usually works just a little though most dogs do well with veggies ask around veggies usually work though
