Why does my dog constantly whine?

Even after we go for a long walk, and he eats his food and drinks his water, he will stand there wagging his tail and making a weird squeaky noise that sort of sounds like a whistle. His breed is a Pitbull.Rottweiler.Shepherd X. Im wondering if its because hes spoiled because when I ask him, What do u want? he darts his eyes towards the fridge. Oh, and hes not neutered, and hes 4.

Why is your male not neutered??? He is hyper! Get him neutered and he will calm down.

It's probably hormones a bit but my male border collie is 4 neutered and he whines and always wants food whether he's happy or not. So don't worry too much.
