why does my daughter run 103 temp?

didn't know where to post this. My daughter who is 42 runs a 103 temp every so often. What could it be I'm thinking she has some kind of infection in her body. If I google it all I get is about small children. thanks
 
103 temperature is not normal. Does she have any other health issues?

Is she possibly in perimenopause?

Definitely seeing a doctor would be the best and blood tests to check for body inflammation and possible infection.

She is going into menopause, it is strange goes thru it then it goes away & she feels better till next time. She does have a habit of picking at sores all the time. She def has to see a Dr. Thanks for replies.
